Biography – As a reverse mortgage loan officer I address the needs of seniors. The needs aren’t merely financial but real life issues such as securing independence for a senior. Independence comes from affording in-home care, paying off a mortgage or something more enjoyable, like traveling.
Selecting the right reverse mortgage product requires an understanding of the borrower’s needs and the products. I’ll explain all the options. Each borrower deserves the time and attention it takes to select the right product and help the borrower to feel comfortable with the choice. I take pride in working with the borrower to match the right product to the senior’s needs.
I work with all the parties as required. If there is a Power of Attorney, or professionals such as lawyers, accountants or financial planners, I have extensive experience with those partners.
For the past 10 years I’ve worked exclusively with reverse mortgages for seniors. In that time I’ve received the bank award for excellence for reverse mortgages and I’ve served as an expert witness in a court case. I have degrees in psychology and ergonomics, also called human factors. I’ve taken applications from Florida to Connecticut, but I can serve all 50 states.
